Any idea why Map My Run says I ran X mph while, once synced, MFP says I ran Y mph? Why aren't they the same?

Do you have specifics?0

I power walk at 4.5 mph tracked by Runkeeper, but when it synchs, MFP reports it as 3.0 mph; however, the estimated Calories reported from Runkeeper transfer with no change. That is how it has been for two years now. I only care about the estimated Calories. :igotnothingelsetoadd:0

MFP only has broad categories for speed on its runs. Map My Run measures your actual speed. When it syncs over to MFP, it picks the closest category...0
