Does anyone have any apps they would suggest for a beginner? I have heard a lot about C25K but was wondering if theres any others, or if people didn't use any guide, how did you structure it?

How much is too much fruit?
I got told by my doctor today i'm eating too much fruit and not enough veggies. I agree on the veggies side, but I don't think i'm eating too much? In a day I might eat a handful of red grapes, an apple, a banana and a few strawberries. These might be for my breakfast, a fruit salad or individually as snacks throughout the…

has anyone got one? I'm interested in buying one but not sure if its just an expensive pedometer. When I exercise, will it recognise it and will my calories burned increase? Or will I need a wrist one like the flex. Thank you!

I want to see the abs under the fat!
I'm currently doing Charlotte crosbys 3 minute belly blitz most days and cutting down on unhealthy foods. Am i doing the right thing? I'm looking to lose about 8lb as well. The exercise programme burns on average 500 calories per workout. No access to a gym either.. Any suggestions will help!
