I've always found it difficult to stick to a diet so this time around I didn't diet. I just ate healthier and gave up calorie consuming alcohol with light exercise. ive lost nearly 7kgs in a month! If I up the exercise and continue on the 1500 calories I'll be at my goal weight this time next year.
