I have been doing my workouts and maintaining my calories and sugar intake, but I feel like I am just still in the same spot as when I started. It is hard to stay motivated when I am actually doing things right and it seems like it doesn't make a difference at all. How can I stay motivated?
I was just curious of opinions if I should take pictures through out my progress, or if I should just let the way my clothes fit tell me the difference? I also weigh myself everyday, and have been told to only do it once a week just curious of others opinions. Thank you!
