I don't like fish!
Really not a fish can but it is used in so many healthy eating recipes.. Anyone got any delicious recipes that aren't too.. Fishy?.. I'm bored of cooking the same old meat dishes too so any recipes welcome!

Vitamin C
i keep going way over my 'recommended' vitamin C according to MVP.. And I'm not really over doing it on anything? A few strawberries and then anything else I'm over by 300%!! Is this really an issue or should I not worry?

Machines or free lifting?
I'm looking to begin to use weights/ strength training in my workout at the gym but I'm feeling a bit self conscious and out of my league to free lift anything. Would the machines have similar effects (weight loss/strength training/toning) or not? Any advice welcome I'm a newbie!
