Hi everyone I'm new to this app but finding it really good but am always over on the fat and under on the protein and just under on carbs .. Any advice on high protein low fat foods ? Thanks

Hi I'm new on here and just getting used to how the app works and finding it very interesting/ eye opening as to what I'm eating and how much ( a lot lol ) and why I've not been loosing weight ... But hopefully that is all about to change
