Gaining weight after a horrible sickness
so this winter has had to be be the wrist by far I've been between 170 an 200 since the six grade I'm now curtly 132 I can't remember a time I have weighed 130 tought it would be easy to put the weight back on but oh how I was wrong it's just as hard but I now am going to eat 5-7 meals a day an not small ones I've learned…
