Possible to have toned arms in just 6 weeks?
I've posted here before, but I'm back with a question again. Is it possible to slim down and have toned arms in just 6 weeks? So far, I work out twice a week for an hour. School and work is really tiring so it's the best I could do. I'm attending an important event on July 30, and I need to get a better figure. P.S.…
