6 week challenge. FRIENDS NEEDED.
I'm giving myself 6 weeks to eat right, workout 3-4 times a week and keep track with this MFP app. I want to lose at least 5 lbs in 6 weeks. Let's do it! Much easier said than done. Anyone want to join? It's easier to work hard as a group and hold each other accountable.

supplement help!
What are everyone's thoughts on taking a pre-workout powder supplement? I don't have trouble physically going to the gym but my trouble is getting energy to be active at the gym. I workout and I feel like I'm giving 60% effort because again I have NO energy. So I debated taking a C4 supplement. Thoughts?
