Help me start running
How do I start running? I have always walked a lot and pretty fast (4 mph+). Last couple years I have started jogging part of those walks (usually down hill or on the flats). Endomondo vs MFP
I downloaded Endomondo on my phone to track my walks/jobs. This morning I went for a walk on my break (11 min) and Endomondo says I burned 91 calories and when I put the info into MFP it says I only burned 55. I am going to go with the 55 cuz I don't want to overestimate but can anyone explain why the difference? Thanks!!

So let's just say I am supposed to eat 1600 calories a day...and I burned 1000 today...my diary is saying my net calories is like 2000 or something (numbers not exact). MFP Calorie reccomendation
Just curious if the majority of you have good luck with MFP calorie recommendation? MFP says I should eat 1630 a day to lose a pound a week.....I am not second guessing MFP, as I am trying to start over and do this sensibly and not starve myself, I am just curious if it works for most? Thanks!
