I'm curious if you all do it optavia have logged your optavia Foods in your tracker? If you have can you tell me how many carbs protein and fat is in one day's worth of optavia? I'm trying to do the program without actually being on the program doing it with real foods because I can't afford the program

I have been in ketosis for a month and have only lost 3 lbs (which was the first day so o know that was water weight). Is it normal to NOT lose when in ketosis?

I am trying to lose weight....15 lbs. Yes I use stevia. I am not diabetic. Large amounts of protein?.......I don't think so.....what is considered large amounts? I am not using supplements.

I drink a lot of water. Easily a gallon most days. If I am in ketosis than shouldn't I be losing?

Ok..I thought I posted this lastnight but can't find it anywhere. When do I know if I am in ketosis or not? When do I have to switch up my carbs and protein measurements? How long do I go without losing before I have to switch things up? I was under the impression if I was in ketosis I would lose every week.

No. It was not packaged. It is straight from the cow. Some seasoning salt and garlic and that's it. Myfitnesspal roast beef in crock pot says it has carbs. I knew that couldn't be true. Thanks for setting me straight

50 g of carbs sounds like A LOT!!!!! Everything I am reading says you have to consume no more than 20g to be in ketosis

I am not getting alot of exercise right now because I am studying for a board exam. I do walk daily on each of my 15 breaks and on weekends I try to walk/jog 4 miles (saturday and sunday). Before studying became a priorety I walked every day (on breaks plus the 3-4 miles.

Well....I started out wanting to lose 15 (first goal) then 5 more if i got the 15 off, last time I was on scale I had lost 8 (In 100 das :()....but.....I have not done so well the last couple weeks so I am afraid to get on the scale. Okay so when my net calories over weekly goal says -390 does that mean that I am below my calorie goal or does that mean I am 390 calories over my calorie goal. I'm not trying to beat a dead horse here just want to be sure I'm doing this right...LOL
