I want the "whole lot in a whoosh" LOL!! Yes I weigh/measure everything. When I exercise I wear a Polar HRM, so I am pretty sure my calories I burn are pretty accurate. MFP says I need 1632 calories if I am set at "Lightly Active". If I am set at Sedentary it says 1300ish. I work at a desk job but I walk on both my breaks…

Two weeks of maintaining is not a lot of time. I say give it another two weeks....if you don't get any kind of a period in a month then I would see the doctor. Even spotting can be your period.

Just stay strong! It's hard but u hv to just turn that switch on in ur head and keep it on. If u put ur mind to it and work hard u can do ANYTHING!! That's what I tell my kids so I'm trying to live it. Honostly...it is not easy but we can do it! Tell ur boyfriend to just be nice and respect ur decisions. Maybe he's afraid…

Thanks!! 1630 just seems like a lot of calories. However!!!.... I am one of those people that have always ate very very low calories (like 500-800/day except one day a week I didn't count them) so maybe my perception of counting calories is off. Thanks again!!!!
