Trying for Ketosis again
After a major carb overload I am going to try and get back to ketosis. My question is.... should I fast for a few days before starting the coconut oil in my coffee and avocado/egg yolk breakfast or should I just hit the eating high protein/fat combo?? Thanks!!

Ketosis and weight loss
Ok..I thought I posted this lastnight but can't find it anywhere. When do I know if I am in ketosis or not? When do I have to switch up my carbs and protein measurements? How long do I go without losing before I have to switch things up? I was under the impression if I was in ketosis I would lose every week.

Probably a stupid question but is there a way to check to see if your metabolism is low and/or a way to reset it or speed it up.
