Shirataki noodles! What a great substitute and only 15 calories and 4 carbs in 2/3 cup serving. Made my own ramen noodles-only 142 cal. for the whole thing. Also use them in all my stir-fry, lo-mein- etc. Does anyone else use these? Ideas?
Can someone please tell me how to add the directions to a new recipe? I put in all ingredients and get the nutrition facts, but can't find anywhere to add instructions. Recipes aren't much use without that.
