I keep hearing that it is recommended to take 10,000 steps a day. My question is, is it enough to lose weight through walking only? Some have told me you better be drenched in sweat by the end of a workout in order to drop weight. What have you experienced? Have you lost weight through increasing your steps?
Is it possible? I am feeling absolutely horrible about myself at 5'5 and 133 lbs. It doesn't sound like a lot of weight but it looks bad on my frame.
