So I have officially lost 24 lbs in 59 days... is this too quickly? I really would hate to lose this weight unhealthy and not do it right. Thanks :)
As we all know beer holds a ton of calories even the light ones and create a beer belly but c'mon who doesn't like a nice buzz after a hard day?! So basically I'm asking if anyone knows how to catch a buzz without all the ridiculous calories? If need be, I'll give it all up, I'm so motivated to be healthy and skinny again…
Any one else experience the dead period? Whereas you lose like ten pounds right away and then stop losing anything. I know I just need to push through it but it's discouraging. I have been at this for 25 days now and only lost tens pounds.
