As we all know beer holds a ton of calories even the light ones and create a beer belly but c'mon who doesn't like a nice buzz after a hard day?! So basically I'm asking if anyone knows how to catch a buzz without all the ridiculous calories? If need be, I'll give it all up, I'm so motivated to be healthy and skinny again but it would be nice. So just killing my curiosity! Thanks!

    persistent alcohol use is harder on the body than obesity, but if you need something once in a while (and many do) either light beer or something like scotch and water (or an actual martini) would be my suggestion - fruity mixed drinks have a crapton of sugar in them.

    Make room in your allotment and earn extra calories through exercise.
