Need accountability friends!!
Week 2 going strong...unfortunately have a hard time sticking to this..feel free to add me; and hopefully we can motivate e/o to stay on track! :)

3 Ingredient Pancakes
1 egg 1 large banana 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder Mash banana with egg until no/minimal chunks are left. Stir in cocoa powder. Ladle onto a hot pan over med heat, about 2 min each side. Pair with fresh berries, and maybe cinnamon...because I'm into that. If you're feeling adventurous, add some protein powder. Bomb snack!

Where do you guys get the push?
I can't find that push I need to exercise...it's this vicious cycle of "I know what I have to do, but I dont want to do it" and then I regret not doing it, get down on myself, and don't do it anyway. It's so irritating and I can't snap out of it. I've been eating really well but I want to get some exercise in the mix, too.…

Forgiving myself
this may be a weird question but I have a very hard time forgiving myself when I mess up with eating well. I'm leaning towards a plant based diet, but I'm just starting out.
