Eating past 8'...
I'm a newb really on nutrition but I must know if eating right before bedtime is bad for my metabolism and I'm lacking 20-30g protein or basically carbs and protein lately. Can someone take a look at my food diary and tell me if I should be eating more?

Losing a pound a day
I've lost 4 pounds since Sunday which is a pound a day. I'm not excessively obese but if you were to see me down the street, I look healthy. I'm having really no problem losing the weight and eating the way I am...I'm just afraid I'm losing muscle. Whatcha guys think?

What percentages should I go for to lose fat and of course tone up? I'm losing weight now but idk if I can improve my results even faster. Does my diary look healthy?

Macro ratio?
I don't feel very confident with the macro ratio that MFP automatically gave me because the # of carbs is high.
