What percentages should I go for to lose fat and of course tone up? I'm losing weight now but idk if I can improve my results even faster. Does my diary look healthy?

You seem to undershoot your daily calories by a long way quite often ?0

For weight loss, calories are important. For body composition, macros matter.. I wouldn't use percentages though.
I *think* general recommendations are protein 0.6-0.8g per lb and fat about 0.4g per lb (as minimums) with carbs making up the rest.
Resistance training will help maintain muscle mass
Fast Weight loss is generally not healthy, maintainable or sustainable. Nothing wrong with losing slowly! You want to lose on as many calories as possible.
I can't see your macro splits, but it doesn't seem like you get much protein or healthy fats. There are quite a lot of calorie dense foods and not a lot of fresh stuff. I'd also try to weigh absolutely everything and not use entries like "1 banana", "1 cup X" etc.1
