How do you find time to exercise?
Just curious, as I have a hard time getting up in the morning. I end up working out from like 9 to 10 pm after my son is in bed. Anyone have any tips to fit exercise in their day?

4'11 and 134 to 118!!!
On my small frame, you gain or lose 5 pounds and everyone notices. Clothes don't fit it is really just such a pain. But I've come quite a ways by eating better and now I am working on incorporating some more exercise. Looking for some new friends to be accountability partners!
