Then and now
Down about 70 lbs since March. Been out of the gym for a coupe months due to a couple of surgeries. Hopefully back at it in a couple of weeks.

Workouts
I set a new personal achievement today in my workout. Having seriously started working out about four months ago, my lifting has increased by 40%. Grant it, I wasn't very strong to start with but I am twice as strong now as I was when I started

There is no Finishline!!!
using my fitness pal and Snap-fitness I am down 63 pounds since February. Still a long way to go, but there is no Finishline.
