I set a new personal achievement today in my workout. Having seriously started working out about four months ago, my lifting has increased by 40%. Grant it, I wasn't very strong to start with but I am twice as strong now as I was when I started

    That is awesome! You set goals for yourself and you're achieving them; that is the best measure of success when it comes to strength training. People can flex in the mirrors all they want at the gym, but who cares if you're not achieving anything? Good stuff sir!

    Wonderful. I remember the first time I realized I was warming up with what was once my max; just such a great feeling. Keep on keeping on.....
