Should I be weighing in every day, every couple of days, weekly? What do you guys do?
OKAY WHO ELSE THINKS IT'S UNFAIR THAT GUYS LOSE WEIGHT SO MUCH FASTER AND EASIER THAN WOMEN!?!? Im flipping over this ^
I found that eating a lot of fried food or candy gets me to gain weight. What makes you gain a lot of weight? Are you still eating it or did u cut down?
Any tips??? I lost 5 already and 20 more to go. ADD MEE AS A FRIEND
