Are fat people just lazy and make excuses?
In generaI I hear this on forums, from some personal trainers, and other random fit people. People who have lost weight recently seem to be the biggest culprits. How do you guys/girls feel about these statements?

What's the biggest pain in the butt when it comes to cooking at home?
I read that cooking healthy meals at home has many advantages that will help lose weight. You control the ingredients, portion size, etc. But why don't people cook more? Please share your thoughts!=)

Anyone else here hate counting every single calorie?
I counted calories initially which I think is great for educational purposes. I just count macros now and focus on food quality. Better adherence, lost 33 pounds so far (220-187) and much more manageable. Anyone else feel the same?
