I'm getting pain down the outer side of my forearms during bicep curls, it gets very tender and lasts for 3-4 days, I've tried dumbbell curls, barbel curls, ez and cables still the same result, any ideas?
Hi folks, I'm looking for a bit of advice, is it better to do a workout concentrating on a group of muscles, ie arms, legs back, chest each day, or to mix the muscle groups? Back and chest, etc?
