Using my future calorie maintenence to lose weight?
Would this work? I was thinking that if I work out what my maintenance calorie intake would be of my goal weight, then start eating that calorie intake now, that I would loose weight until my goal then stop there.

Pre-logging the day?
I was wondering if anyone here logs everything they are going to eat in the morning or day before, or just adds stuff throughout the day. I am thinking of starting to pre-log my days so that it will help me to stop straying off my diet when something tasty comes along as I will already know what my totals for the day are…
