Always over sugar count in tracking from fruit: advice kindly requested
Hi All, This is my first post and was just looking for a little advice. I'm 5'3 and weigh 8 stone 7. I'm not desperate to lose a lot of weight: possibly 5 lbs at the most as the lowest for my BMI is 7st 10 and I definitely don't want to be under that.
