I have a good general idea of what kinds of foods to eat but I've always been bad with coming up with meals. I feel like I just snack and that's why my weight isn't where I want it to be. When I do just snack I tend to eat bad because it's "just a snack" so new ideas that aren't to hard to make would be amazing!

couch potatoe to athletic
In order to finally be able to lose weight and keep it off I think I need some friends who are able to motivate me even when I just want to be a couch potatoe! Support and motivation from anyone would be helpful.

So I just started doing this and I'm really want to succeed with my weight loss. I am always looking for new workouts and recips. Plus more positivity would definitely help me continue on strong!
