Without doing any cardio throughout the day, it recorded some 1140 calories burned and somewhere around 6800 steps. I am feeling weaker day by day but not loosing weight at all...why?
Hi, I have been trying to restrict myself on number of calories required each day and number of calories need to be burn. I am not doing any heavy exercises, however, doing light cardio and pushup's. It is been more then two weeks, but I haven't lost even and single lbs, however, now a days I am feeling tired all the time…
