Beginner gym equipment schedule?
Hi guys. I just joined a gym today. I've been a member of gyms before but never really got into it. I want to do it seriously this time. There are a lot of machines there I am not very familiar with. Can someone point me to a good beginner's guide/ workout schedule?

Question for runners
Do you remove callouses on your feet, if you have them? Or do they protect your feet from friction? I ask because I have some callouses on my big toe and heel, and they aren't pretty, but whenever I remove them my feet are so much more tender... :D
