Water Retention / Carbs
Hey MFP, So, I had a high calorie / sodium / carb day on Saturday (2500 cals; unsure of the sodium count--but high). The scale then went up 3 pounds, which I know is likely water retention. However, it's still up three days later despite being super clean. Is that normal? Thanks!
