Awesome @pirshop - If I can figure out how to do it, I'll send you a direct message! LOL. I also found a 38/f on Reddit who is interested, so three of us. Not shabby.

Hey there--down 65 pounds here and have definitely had my share of "I ate the whole pizza" days. I would recommend three things. (1) Say aloud to yourself, "I can reach my goal, and I will start where I am right now. I will focus on what I can do today." (2) Write a list of five reasons you believe you ate the whole…

I added mint and chocolate chips to my banana/spinach/almond milk smoothie and felt like a genius. Lol.

11.9 Didn’t get to the gym until 8pm, but hit the weights and prepped for my long run tomorrow.

Hump: Last night I went wild with whiskey. Alcohol is my hardest cut back when I’m with friends. Triumph: 25 pounds down since starting weight. Making progress.

I’m late, but I’m definitely in for the rest of the month. Today I went for a run. I’ll go back for weights later.

Heyyy!!! I was RIGHT there with you. I lost over 30 with MFP... then I regained it PLUS an additional 35 pounds. It has taken two years to get back on track. The difference is support and accountability coupled with planning. Who have you told about your plan to get and stay on track? Someone who will hold you accountable?…

Anyone still at it and looking for a partner?

You guys are crazy. Pineapple on pizza is delish! I'm not a fan of peanut butter and jelly. I'll take straight peanut butter.

Yay to new friends! Add me :-)

I'm KJ from Cali (lol). I used MFP years ago and lost over 50 pounds. I stopped using MFP and watched my waistline increase again. I'm here to lose it and keep it off.

Welcome to MFP!

My first time around I bought a piece of jewelry every 10 pounds. Very girly I know. So, I started with a bracelet then a necklace and earrings etc. My goal was to have a whole set once I reach my goal weight. I liked it because it was highly visible. In fact, now that I'm saying this I think I will do the same this time.…

I'm on day 14 and am just getting back on the bandwagon myself. I have discovered that one thing that really helps me is to commit to logging what I eat into MFP no matter what. Sure, some days won't be as good as others, but if you focus on just being consistent at that… the logging, rather than the number on the scale it…

This. I have never seen the commercial, but the thread is hilarious.

You might want to pick up a book on the topic of self-control or start listening to an audio book. I find that even just listening to a book in the morning or throughout the day can help with the rest of the day. Your mind has probably been trained in negative habits for a long time, so it will take a lot of positive self…

Hi MFP! I'm KJ, and I would love to have some motivated friends on my feed! A little about me: I like ZUMBA and dancing and don't like going to the gym, I don't do much cooking, so I try to buy foods that don't require much prep--like pre-cut veggies and dip, hummus and lettuce for wraps, etc. I look forward to being on…
