In need of some friends to support healthier living

I'm so upset with myself. I have had this app for many years now and I will do really well for awhile but then I always fall off the wagon. I logged back in recently and I have gained 25 pounds on top of already being obese according to my BMI.
My top problems are that I love junk food, hate working out, and have a thyroid problem on top of dealing with hypoglycemia. I would love to build a community, on here, that would keep me motivated and to help me deal with my will power deficit.
I try to watch what I eat...main word being TRY. But then I end up over-eating when something tastes good to me. I also have to eat every few hours which annoys me beyond belief. I also take 1 hour dance classes twice a week and I feel like I am constantly running around at work but my clothes just keep getting tighter and tighter and I hate the reflection I see in the mirror. I hide my weight well but I wish I had more motivation to lose so that I could feel free.
If anyone else feels the way I do please reach out. I would really appreciate the support and motivation.

Sound slide we struggle with similar issues. Feel free to add me I have 100+ lbs to lose.

I hope to lose 100 in a year. Today was day one. I'd love to give and get support.

I'm on day 14 and am just getting back on the bandwagon myself. I have discovered that one thing that really helps me is to commit to logging what I eat into MFP no matter what. Sure, some days won't be as good as others, but if you focus on just being consistent at that… the logging, rather than the number on the scale it can really help. That way even your failure days can feel like successes just because you logged. This makes it a lot easier to get through the rough patches.
