Help, I'm under my calories every day. on ketogenic diet and this week I'm gaining...Why!?
Following a strict ketogenic diet, almost no carbs (less than 50 per day), no sugars, no gluten, no grains. I was losing about 1- 2 lbs a week until this week, this week I have been gaining,,,,,,how is that even possible. I have been under my calories. I can see maybe not losing, but gaining???
