Hi All - I'm new here and have been reading the "must reads" but I wonder does everyone "deconstruct" their recipes to try and determine calories per serving? I can see how this would be easy for a smoothie, but what about something like a chicken stew? And how would one determine how many servings are in the whole recipe?…
