I'm 5'10 and 216lbs. I've tried calorie calculators online, but I feel as though they're estimating more than I should consume. They're giving me 1500-1800 calories per day. Is this correct for someone trying to lose weight? I'm currently at 1300. Any insight is appreciated! :)
