I wish I had the time! As a teacher, I get anywhere from 20-30 min for lunch and sometimes don't have time to finish eating! Good luck to everyone in this challenge though.

I know that feeling! I would suggest bringing more snacks with you to work. Feed yourself more during the day so that you don't come home and snack at night. I used to be the same way. You're right! I entered 2lbs per week. I'm generally not very active (I'm working on it though) so I lowered my goal some to make up for it. Thank you for the advice. It totally makes sense to use trial and error!
