I wish I had the time! As a teacher, I get anywhere from 20-30 min for lunch and sometimes don't have time to finish eating! Good luck to everyone in this challenge though.

I know that feeling! I would suggest bringing more snacks with you to work. Feed yourself more during the day so that you don't come home and snack at night. I used to be the same way. I know exactly what you mean as far as friends who don't quite understand go. Most of my friends are thin so I can't really relate to them. If you would like support you can totally add me and we'll work through weight loss together! :)

You're right! I entered 2lbs per week. I'm generally not very active (I'm working on it though) so I lowered my goal some to make up for it. Thank you for the advice. It totally makes sense to use trial and error!

Thanks. It was really tough for me to swallow when I saw how much I had gained, so I think you're right. I've got to look back at how I ended up here and make a positive change. :smile:
