NYC guy needs help. Staying motivated in the gym. And goal of losing 20lbs

    I have a gym membership and almost never use it anymore. I couldn't do the whole "forced workout" thing. I cycle daily, and peddle or lift weights while watching an episode of Criminal Minds. In my mind, motivation only comes if it's something I enjoy. I've also heard of an app that has you pretend you're running from zombies. Try to find an exercise routine that you find fun or make your routines more interesting with little tweaks. That should help keep you motivated! At least, I hope it helps a little. :)
