Hi everyone! I walk for 90 minutes daily (briskly) +-8km daily. When determining my goals, would “active” be suitable even though I sit and do other basic activities for the day?

Hey everyone...Anyone been able to connect Polaroid active (the app for Polaroid fitness watches) to MyFitnessPal? MyFitnessPal misreads the calories burned because it only counts my steps from my Apple health app but not the workouts I do with my watch on.
