I just added strength exercise I did for beginner today such as squat, kickback, glute bridge, and lunge. I did only 3 sets for each type and 12 times for each set. But there is no estimated calories burnt displaying :( Does anybody know why? I probably didn't burn much but still wanted to know how many kcal I burnt...…
Sometimes I take a tablet of vitamin C 1,000 mg. And some food I eat contain vitamin C (but shouldn't be over 1,500 mg of vitamin C in total per day) How much vitamin C is ok for me to take per day? Thank you.
