Can someone tell me why I get nauseated and feel bad later in the day when I run? I do an additional workout including lifting too.
I love fitness, I am active and watch my food intake. I'm also gaining weight. My mid section feels tight and stays bloated feeling despite all I do. Someone give me a sliver of hope please!
Seriously, I'd eat almost anything right now. I'm under my calories by 800 or so
