How do I get the app to re-generate my daily goal
I joined last month and love the app, but Im confused how to get an updated daily goal intake. When I began I was 252.9 and my goal was 2500 calories per day, but I am now 229.7 and the intake is still the same.

Working out
I was at the gym for the first time in over a year. I was there for about 35 minutes and felt lightheaded and passed out for a bit. I ate two boiled eggs and a light english muffin before going to the gym. Is that not a sufficient meal if I plan to lift weights and use excercise bike?
