I do really well with 36 hour fasts M-W-F. I’m jumping back in with a fast tomorrow. I’m also getting back to a Mediterranean style diet. I’m forgiving myself for gaining weight in 2022. It was a tough year. But I’m also needing to get healthier, so 2023 is it. No more excuses!
Found myself out of control, eating for comfort and stress relief, and steady gaining weight. I really want to lose this now 40 lbs of excess weight. Got a grip. Love love love Myfitnesspal! !! Down a whole pound already! Feeling motivated.
