I am having a hard time. I started Crossfit January 1st and have gained some weight. I love seeing progress and I am getting strong, but with that comes weight gain from muscle gain. So, many people say to not weigh yourself often, that it's too much of an obsession. This spring I decided to stop. I ate clean, continued hard workouts.
