12 days in and low energy. Trying to really avoid sugar or unclean food. Need a nap....

    This is why. Your body uses carbs and sugar for energy. Viewing food as 'junk' or 'unclean' is problematic, for the very reason you're experiencing. Are you weighing all of your solid foods with a food scale?
    Losing weight by weighing all your solid foods and eating a well-balanced macro diet will help you lose weight without the loss of energy. You can eat low-carb if you like, just eat more than you are now to give your body some energy, it needs it.

    Are you eating enough calories? It seems like you're eating below your goal and logging big exercise burns.
