Calories burned in 4 min Tabata interval?
Hi everyone, I just joined a gym and have been given program that involves 4 x 4 min Tabata session (basically HIIT) followed by 30 min free weights. I'm at a loss how to record this? I read that 20 mins of Tabata was 360 cals so if I record the hours gym session as 500cals am I being too generous? Or do I just record…
