apparently, drinking extra water hasn't helped me out..lol I've gained 3.5 pounds overnight from it
title says all, oh if it helps I eat morning star and boca faux meat for protein and I'm lacto ovo vegetarian so that I can get calcium, I don't seem to be getting proper nutrients though. Any supplements that anyone would recommend?
If I put I'm active on days I work am I still supposed to log my calories burned at work or is that already counted in my calorie goal? And on the days I'm not working I either put sedentary and/or lightly active, would that be better instead of eating the higher amount of calories I would if I am working?
Where can I get coffee that tastes like McDonald's when black and how many cal are actually in a black coffee I've heard 0-5? The McDonald's that they sell in grocery stores doesn't seem to work for me.
