If I put I'm active on days I work am I still supposed to log my calories burned at work or is that already counted in my calorie goal? And on the days I'm not working I either put sedentary and/or lightly active, would that be better instead of eating the higher amount of calories I would if I am working?

Im not sure about how that works with the logging but my nutritionist suggested that I do not eat back the calories I burned off but to think of them as a boost to my weight loss. But also I am in the obese category so not sure if that changes for people closer to their goal.0

Exercise is the activity you do to purposefully get exercise. Work is included in your regular activity level.
Go for a run, bike ride, or the like, that is exercise and is logged as such.0 -
You can set it however you want as long as you're not double counting. Active would include the exercise you get at work so you wouldn't count it again. What do you do for work?0
