Hi guys! When you have a planned cheat day, how many calories over maintenance do you consume? I'm 5 ft 2, 123 lbs and my maintenance is 1720 if anyone asks.

How do you log and account for olive oil in cooking? For example I used a tsp of it to coat the pan for cooking an egg. Obviously it's not the same as swallowing a tsp of oil, or is it?

Recovering from a binge
How do you recover from an unplanned binge, say 900 calories over maintenance? Like diet wise and emotionally ☹ Pizza, cheese bread, and ice cream seemed like such a good idea until now when I'm lying in bed hating myself and realizing I suffered all week for nothing

Harder to lose weight when goal is a small amount
Why is it harder to lose weight when it's a smaller amount that you need to lose? For instance, I'm 5 ft 2 and weighing around 125. I want to lose the last 10 lbs. Why is it so much Harder? I've read it's harder when you have small amount but don't understand why?
